1. Validity of the terms of sale

1.1. The terms of sale apply to the relationship between the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Consumer") and ABETEKS BALTIC OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the "Internet shop") when purchasing goods and services from the online store Abeteks.ee.


1.2. In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationship arising from the purchase of goods in the online store Abeteks.ee is governed by the Law of Obligations Act, the Consumer Rights Protection Act and other legal acts in force in the Republic of Estonia.

2. Price information

2.1. All prices displayed in the online store Abeteks.ee include the value added tax of 20% applicable in the Republic of Estonia.

2.2. The cost of transportation is added to the price according to the delivery method chosen by the Consumer. If the Consumer returns the goods due to his own mistake when placing the order, then the costs of returning the goods are borne by the Consumer.

2.3. The prices are valid from the moment of placing the order until the expiry of the payment period for the placed order (14 days from the date of placing the order).

2.4. If the order is submitted prior to the change in the terms of sale or prices, then the conditions in force at the time of placing the order shall apply in the legal relationship between the Consumer and Abeteks.ee

2.5. The online store Abeteks.ee reserves the right to change sales prices. Corresponding changes are published on the Abeteks.ee website.

2.6. The online store has the right to refuse to sell and require the buyer to return the goods if the price of the goods indicated in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.

3. Checkout

3.1. Add the items you want to your cart.

3.6. Orders placed in the online store are processed on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00. If an order is submitted on a Friday after 4:00 pm, it will be processed the following Monday. This also applies if you choose the delivery method "I will pick up the goods myself".

4. Entry into force of the sales contract

4.1. By concluding a contract for the sale of goods, the online store Abeteks.ee undertakes to transfer to the Consumer the Goods that are available, manufactured or purchased by the online store Abeteks.ee in the future and to make possible the transfer of ownership to the Consumer, the Consumer, in turn, undertakes to pay the amount to the online store Abeteks.ee, specified in the invoice for the Goods, and accept the Goods.

4.2. Unpaid orders are canceled after 14 days from the date of ordering.

4.3. The sales contract enters into force upon receipt of payment from the Consumer to the bank account of the online store.

5. Delivery

5.1. After the entry into force of the sales contract, the online store Abeteks.ee completes the order and hands it over to its logistics partner for further delivery. It should be borne in mind that delivery of goods in Tallinn is 2-3 working days if the goods are in stock. If not in stock, the delivery time within Tallinn is 3-4 days. If the delivery is outside Tallinn, then the time for receiving the order is increased by +1 working day.

5.2. The delivery times indicated on the website of the online store take effect from the moment the payment for the order is received in the bank account of Abeteks.ee.

5.3. In order for the delivery to be timely, you must be careful and when filling out the delivery information during the ordering process, indicate the actual and relevant data.

5.4. The Abeteks.ee online store is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of the goods in the event that the goods were handed over to the logistics partner in a timely manner, but the delay in delivery was due to circumstances that the Abeteks.ee online store could not influence or foresee.

6. Right of return

6.1. After receiving the order, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days without giving reasons.

6.5. The consumer must return the goods within 14 days from the date of submission of the application, or provide evidence that he handed over the goods to the logistics company during the above period.

6.6. The online store Abeteks.ee returns the money to the Consumer no later than 14 days after the receipt of the application for withdrawal from the purchase.

6.7. The consumer is obliged to deliver the returned goods to the seller within 14 days from the date of sending the declaration of withdrawal from the purchase. If the returned product does not arrive at the seller within the specified period, the refund may be delayed until the day the returned product arrives at the seller.

6.8. All payments received from the Consumer on the basis of the contract, including the cost of delivering the item to the Consumer, are subject to return, unless the Consumer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the company, that is, the online store is not obliged to return Consumer costs that exceed normal shipping costs.

7. An irresistible force

7.1. The online store Abeteks.ee is not responsible for the damage caused to the Customer or for the delay in delivery of the goods if the damage or delay in the delivery of the goods is caused by circumstances that the online store Abeteks.ee could not influence or foresee.

8. Processing of personal data

9. Procedure for filing claims

9.1. The online store Abeteks.ee is responsible for the discrepancy between the goods sold to the Consumer and the terms of the contract, as well as for defects that emerged within two years from the moment the goods were handed over to the Consumer.

9.2. In the event of a deficiency, the Consumer has the right to contact the Abeteks.ee online store no later than within two months, presenting an invoice on the basis of which the goods were paid.

9.3. If the product has a defect, please stop using it.

9.4. The conditions for the repair or replacement of defective goods are negotiated between the online store Abeteks.ee and the Consumer. The repair costs are covered by the online store Abeteks.ee.

9.5. The online store Abeteks.ee is not responsible for defects caused by the fault of the Consumer as a result of improper storage of goods or their use for other purposes.

9.6. In case of revealing a deficiency or non-compliance of the goods with the requirements, please send a claim to Abeteks.ee's e-mail, indicating the name of the person who placed the order, contact phone number, order number and an exact description of the lack or non-compliance of the goods with the conditions.

9.7. A claim for non-conformity of the goods with the requirements or for the identification of a defect must be submitted within two months from the date of discovery of the non-conformity of the goods with the requirements or the identification of a defect.

9.8. The Seller considers all claims and contacts the Consumer as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the receipt of the claim.

9.9. 11. Conditions for the return of hulls, pledged goods and deposits

11.1. The cost of goods such as EGR valves, brake calipers, starters, alternators, power steering pumps and steering racks is usually added to the value of the deposit according to the amount set by the factory.
